Book collector and Lafayette alumnus, Joseph Nechasek, has curated an exciting and timely exhibition for Skillman Library of more than 85 American immigration stories from the last several decades. These works from Nechasek’s personal collection are primarily works of fiction by talented writers from more than 27 countries around the globe.  By turns poignant and humorous, they are tales of family life, the search for identity, and the inevitable encounters with American culture and contradictions.
