Jesse Franklin Farr (born February 5, 1915, in Scranton, Pa.) earned an AB degree from Lafayette College in 1938. While at Lafayette, he was president of the Marquis Association, the business manager of The Touchstone, a member of the Knights of the Round Table (KRT) Honors Society, and a member of Student Council. After graduation, Farr worked for the Philadelphia Electric Company and later worked as a special agent for the Federal Bureau of Invesitgation.

His scrapbook contains news clippings, ticket stubs, and programs from various Lafayette events, class schedule cards, Lafayette Alma Mater lyric sheets, and the 1938 issue of The lafayette. The scrapbook also contains various news clippings and programs from Syracuse University.
