Hermann S. Ficke (born Dec. 22, 1881 in Dubuque, Iowa) graduated from Lafayette College in 1902 and was a professor of engineering at the University of Tennessee, the University of Texas, and professor and head of the engineering department at the University of Dubuque.
This scrapbook highlights Ficke’s student days at Lafayette College and contains newspaper clippings about campus events and sports, including songs for the Lafayette-Lehigh football game.
