Three notebooks of Lafayette College alum Rush Tilghman Lerch, Class of 1907. Two of the notebooks contain class notes for English and Hygiene which were required courses for freshman year in the Electrical Engineering department. The third notebook contains Lerch’s detailed description of a trip taken with his former classmate, Harvey C. Updegrove, Class of 1907, to visit the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, a world’s fair held in San Francisco, California in 1915 celebrating the completion of the Panama Canal.
